Since you're using a Visual Studio 2013 version of Qt do you have Visual Studio 2013 installed? What's on your "Compilers" tab in the same window?

If you want the ISO image with all features (C#,F#, Android dev, .Net, SQL server etc.) then yes, but you can go with the online installer and only install the needed parts (notably the C++ compiler) which are considerably smaller.

i solved problem by download other version of Qt Qt 5.5.0 for Windows 32-bit (MinGW 4.9.2, 959 MB)
