Since you're using a Visual Studio 2013 version of Qt do you have Visual Studio 2013 installed? What's on your "Compilers" tab in the same window?

It would've take you less time to enter "visual studio download" into google than to post but here you go: Visual studio download.
Download and install the "Community 2013 with Update 4" version. -

If you want the ISO image with all features (C#,F#, Android dev, .Net, SQL server etc.) then yes, but you can go with the online installer and only install the needed parts (notably the C++ compiler) which are considerably smaller.
