Problem using new impenetrable bug reporting system

So, I wrote a bug report, and when I tried to submit it, I was presented with this:

which means absolutely nothing to me.

Can someone sort this out, and also explain what (if anything) I did wrong?

On second thought, I wonder if it's related to your dashboard/filters of the main page when you're logged in.
