I’ll check regarding Jira.

@Axel-Spoerl can you take a look?
@Stephen-H did you somewhen changed your username?@Christian-Ehrlicher My actions were basically:
Registered on qt-project.atlassian.net to try and raise / comment on a bug
After logging in there, I was asked to link a Qt account for SSO purposes
I used a Qt account that I made a couple of months ago (I believe to install a runtime component, I can't remember). It has the same e-mail as the Jira account
The Qt account that I made a few months ago is a free account so I'm not sure if that makes a difference - are members of the public expected to be able to use the Jira like this?
My account is now stuck in a state of being able to log in but not being able to do anything due to permissions issuesI don't believe I've changed username. The accounts are only a few months old
Thanks

I am sorry for the trouble. We have migrated from an on-premise Jira server to the cloud recently.
I believe you are not alone having run into this issue. I pinged my colleagues about this.
It's a weekend, so I guess we have to wait until Monday. -
I cannot help on this front without an email to check on the account permissions. What Atlassian account email are you using?
If you don't want to do this in a public forum, please send email to jira-admin@qt-project.org.
Also check you are not suffering from https://wiki.qt.io/Jira_Cloud_migration#Interaction_between_Atlassian_&_Qt_Account

@AlexBlasche hi, I just relogged in and had a message that a jira admin had approved my e-mail domain - I guess the issue is that I use a custom domain for e-mails and this was causing issues?
It looks like I can comment on tickets now so this might have been resolved
Thanks

Let's find that out without sharing email addresses in public.
Yesterday evening, we couldn't find your email address in Jira at all.
Are you using exactly the same address in Jira as you are using here?
You can send me a private message to share email addresses. -

I just keep getting "You are not authorised to perform this operation. Please log in.", even though I'm logged in and SSO authorised with this account. Can't comment on anything either.
I'm trying to follow up on a fix that was just merged in:
https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/695059
relating to:
https://qt-project.atlassian.net/browse/QTBUG-142331
I need to either add a comment to the ticket or raise a new ticket because I believe I'm getting similar crashes that won't have been fixed by the code that was just merged in a few hours ago:

qt-project.atlassian.net/browse/QTJIRA-420? I ask because, when I reproduce it (insofar as is possible for me), then select._yyhycs5v > span:nth-child(2) > div:nth-child(1), I also see:You are not authorised to perform this operation. Please log in.
I presume that you've been provided with a hash identifer, for reference?

have you tried registering with a custom domain? I believe that might have been the root cause of my issue until a jira admin approved it - I don't think I saw a hash identifier anywhere. It looked like I was logged in, but had no permissions
It looked like I was logged in, but had no permissions.
@Stephen-H, that's very similar to what I saw, if not identical.

If, by “custom domain”, you refer to the domain after the local part of an e-mail address, and merely mean an unusual one, I'm utilising
@rokejulianlockhart.addy.io, so that's plausible. However, for me, the solution was as thatQTWEBSITEbug describes; manually initiate SSO correlation for my Atlassian account at QTJIRA.I don't think I saw a hash identifier anywhere
It'd be in a small box in the bottom-right, so although I'll believe you, you might have missed it; I almost did.
