python error with debugger -yet again

When I try to access debugger mode I get the following error:
the selected build of GDB does not support Python scripting. It cannot be used in Qt Creator.
I've done my due diligence in researching the answer and most who have had this problem seem to have Ubuntu, linux, etc. I am using minGw 32bit right now. How do I fix this? -

Which python and mingw version do you use?
