How to build 32 bit QtWebEngine on Mac

When I build a 32 bit version of Qt on Mac, QtWebEngine does not get built. If I build a 64 bit version, QtWebEngine does get built. I am using Xcode 7.2 with the default 10.11 sdk. How come the 32 bit version of QtWebEngine does not get built, and is there a way to build it?

Hi and welcome to devnet,

AFAIK from the Chromium project, builds for 32bit Macs have ended by the end of 2014.

Snow Leopard was the last version supporting 32 Bit processors.
