unable to create a ticket in Jira

Hello,
i would like to create a new feature wish ticket in Jira.
This should happen here: https://qt-project.atlassian.net/jira/projects
I click on the green button "erstellen" (create) in the top center of the browser but nothing happens.
I am a new user, i have created today
- a new account for https://qt-project.atlassian.net/jira/
- a new account for Qt as well (https://my.qt.io/),
both using the same e-mail address (...@gmail.com).
I am not sure why i am not allowed to create a Jira ticket. I may have missed an e-mail validation step though.
How can i check that my Qt and Jira accounts are active and validated?
in Qt, i see only this:

Please follow https://wiki.qt.io/Jira_Cloud_migration#First_time_users and be aware of the bug highlighted in the description. Since your Atlassian and Qt Account email seems to match, if you still have problems, send email to
jira-admin at qt-project.org. -
Many thanks @SGaist, issue solved
I connected today to both account (Jira and Qt) and the click on "erstellen" opens the ticket creation mask now.
I don't understand what happened yesterday, since i didn't do anything different today in comparison to yesterday... Maybe the night time helped for some background synchronization... -
