I want to work around qt-project.atlassian.net/browse/QTJIRA-417?focusedCommentId=2601357 by having two Qt accounts; one for my new Atlassian account, and one for my previous Qt JIRA Server account that was migrated to an Atlassian account when Qt transferred to JIRA Cloud.

The sole evidence online that demonstrates that might be is lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/interest/2016-March/021478.html, and ToSes change.
