Jira migration on https://bugreports.qt.io
-
Dear forum users!
Our on-premise Jira server for bug reports has been migrated to the Atlassian cloud.
A 1:1 migration wasn't possible for technical reasons.
While all tickets and users have been migrated, there may be issues in a few cases.
Due to its more recent version, the new Jira looks slightly different from the old one.
Please have a look at https://wiki.qt.io/Jira_Cloud_migration for useful hints, information and troubleshooting. If you have account issues in particular you might want to check https://wiki.qt.io/Jira_Cloud_migration#Interaction_between_Atlassian_&_Qt_Account.Specific questions about your account can be directed to jira-admin@qt.project.org
Thanks for using Qt and reporting bugs!

Atlassian blocks all login attempts from Russia and Belarus. Does this mean users from these countries will no longer be able to submit patches and bug reports?

This is correct. I don't see The Qt Company moving to a different bugsystem anytime soon, not for this reason.
The new JIRA is a nice example of enshitiffication. My pet peeve is that I cannot link directly to images in JIRA tickets.
The users in those countries would have to learn how to use a VPN.
