Initially I have Qt community version then i uninstalled Qt. Now when I Reinstalled it its showing Enterprise version and it will expire in 10 days etc. How can i switch from Enterprise to Community.

If your account was upgraded to Enterprise you need to downgrade to a free / open source license somehow. Or create a new Qt account.
