Login returns "search failed" in chrome

When filling out login info and hitting enter, you're directed to a page 'search failed'. Still, I do get logged in so maybe a 'feature'? ;)

Even I use chrome never faced this issue.

It happens to me too on chrome latest dev on ubuntu lucid when logging in with the left side pane after being log out.
