Cannot launch Qt App via SSH on remote Linux Device (raspberry)

Following this tutorial, I've tried to install Qt for cross-compilation on Raspberry Pi. At the end I've faced some issues with launching of the app via SSH connection from Ubuntu as a host machine onto Raspberry Pi. I've already set QT_QPA_EGLFS_ALWAYS_SET_MODE=1 in .profile on Raspberry, but still facing the some trouble:

Could not set DRM mode for screen HDMI1 (Permission denied)
Could not queue DRM page flip on screen HDMI1 (Permission denied)

Is there anybody who could provide me mb workable tutorial or just help, bcs I've tried every possible solution in the internet.

If you are trying to launch the application via SSH then display it on your host's display, have you tried export DISPLAY=:0 on your SSH terminal?
