"misc_common.h" is located in the "misc_common" folder, no ? That's the one you have to add to your project.

Hi, It's a Qt 4 project so you have to at least add QT += widgets in the .pro file and you may need to either remove all the modules from the includes or change the one from QtGui to QtWidget where appropriate.
