      With which tool / command are you searching for the Qt Creator executable? Please post it here, using the </> code tags.

      Probably a virus scanner prevents starting executables in C:\Qt.
      Check its logs please and make sure the directory is added as an exemption.

          @Axel-Spoerl For searching I search on it in all files in folder in C:\Qt\tools

          and the Qt app exe is not found
          I mind the Qt creator is not found never never I think it is not downloaded in folder Qt.

          and I want to tell you something that is very important it is : when I download Qt Design Studio it is okay and open and there are a app (exe)
          But any thing else is not found like (Desktop , mobile , Android and custome mode)
          So o want to solve this problem because it is hard.

            If you want answers, please be precise and answer the questions straight:

            • the folder C:\Qt\tools doesn't exist. If at all, it's C:\Qt\Tools with a capital T.
            • Qt app exe also doesn't exist. If you search for that, you won't find anything. You have to search for qtcreator.exe

            Perform the following steps, please:

            1. launch a command line
            2. cd C:\Qt
            3. dir
            4. Post the output to the command line here, using the </> code formatting tags.
            5. MaintenanceTool.exe -d (Launches maintenance tool in verbose mode)
            6. Install Qt Creator again. Post a screenshot here, where I can see that the Qt Creator package is checked
            7. Post the output of the maintenance here, using the </> code formatting tags.
            8. repeat steps 3 and 4

                    The screenshot is missing as well. According to the log, an update was selected. Probably Qt creator has been installed to another location originally.

                    What is the output of

                    dir C:\qtcreator.exe /s /p

                       Volume in drive C has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is 02BF-2978

                                      Let's take one step back.
                                      This is a forum, where volunteers help each other for free.
                                      If you have an issue and you communicate with someone, the rule is to provide as much information as possible.
                                      Example; I asked if you have other drives on your PC.
                                      => "Yes" is the wrong answer. It doesn't help, it just wastes your time and mine.
                                      => The right answer is to tell exactly which drives you have. Since we are searching for a file, it may be a good idea that you copy the search command and start searching by yourself. A little co-operation is better than expecting to told every step.

                                      To your problem:
                                      As said before, you have selected to update Qt Creator. You have not selected a new installation.
                                      The installer has found Qt Creator 16.0.0, so it is on your PC.
                                      If you don't find it, there is something wrong on your PC that occurred after the installation.
                                      Maybe, as said before, a virus scanner has quarantined the executable.
                                      But you have to check that yourself with your virus scanner.
                                      The problem has nothing to do with Qt.
