After many years using Qt, I can no longer use the Maintenance Tool to maintain my installation. When I attempt to login, I get this error message:

"You seem to have changed the Qt Account which was used for this installation originally. Please use the original credentials ([my email]) for this installation."

How do I figure out what I'm doing incorrectly?

      Hi,

It might sound silly but did a change of email happen as suggested by the error message ?

One thing you can do is to go on you account page to see if there's more information related to that. And if nothing seems off, then open a ticket from the account page.

@SGaist - Doesn't sound silly to me at all. About a year ago I worked with Support to consolidate all of my Qt activities under my current email address. I thought that included my installation credentials and I'm pretty sure I have used the Tool several times since they helped me with the address. I have reached out again to see if I missed something then.

        Thanks for your input.
