replace HOOPS3d with Qt3d

presently Qt desktop application is using HOOPS3d for rendering 3d objects
like sphere, arrow, lines , polygons. We need to replace HOOPS3d with Qt3d. Can we do
the same in QT3d? we are new to 3D. If we can do in Qt, Please guide us to
develop the same.
