Torrent downloader with web interface

I'm interested in doing a Qt-based torrent downloader with a webinterface. You would upload .torrent files with WebDAV also also receive the downloaded files with WebDAV.
The project shall be GPL. Anyone interested in joining?

Have you tried the webinterface plugin for ktorrent?

Maybe I can help with the web interface part. I know HTML, CSS, and a little JavaScript.
