In platform requirement for QtWebEngine (Qt version 5.11.1) I can see that it only available with Win10 & VS2017
For QtWebView I cannot see such notices but when I installed Qt 5.11.1, there is no webview plugin for VS2015 and these it is for VS2017

Does it true, that WebView is only available with VS2017? And if so, are there any analogues for VS2015?

      Hi,

Yes it's true because the chromium project currently only provides support for VS2017.

Note that VS2017 is backward compatible VS2015.

        Hi,
        Thanks for replying
Are there any alternatives for VS2015? Or all possible alternatives are only available with VS2017?

Something that works like WebView/WebEngine but available with VS2015

And about VS2017 - Qt provides only x64 pre-build version. Is WebEngine/WebView are available for VS2017 x86 as well?

You can use the previous version of Qt where QtWebEngine was available with VS2015.
