Qt/C++ engineer (NYC) 🚀 - [NEW]

Hi there,

We (www.paperspace.com) are investing more heavily in our desktop Qt application and are looking for an engineer to join the team.

In particular, we are looking for someone with a strong C++ background and ideally some experience with video streaming (we are a cloud computing company that focuses on GPU compute and streaming is big part of it). The ideal candidate can dive in to the low-level details and can also help polish the application and work with our designers to implement beautiful and functional UI/UX.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience in C/C++
• Solid understanding of the advanced features of C++11 a plus
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience with a modern web stack (or app relies heavily on QTWebEngine)
• Strong Git/GitHub
• Attention to detail
