Can someone with access contact Qt Centre Forum?

I don't know where to put this, but it would be helpful if someone with access to http://www.qtcentre.org/forum.php could contact them and tell them that their captcha link is broken. There's no way to contact them because contacting them requires passing a captcha which is broken. "reCAPTCHA V1 IS SHUT DOWN Direct site owners to...."
Maybe they'll notice no one is registering?

qtcentre forum has nothing todo with this forum and completely independent.
So rather write a email to the forum owner. -
I understand that , and the only way to contact them is also behind a captcha firewall which his broken. I apologize if I upset anyone.
