we live in the age that many corporation blocked their sites for iranian IP(such as google code,sourceforge,oracle,adobe,...).in the same time Qt developer forum opens a page for persian

If you have a high enough rank, you can request a language-group being created. If there is interest in such a group, a forum can be created for that group.
