Porting to Android and other devices

Hey guys , i want to make my application cross-platform . I want to know which modules are both supported on Android , ios and desktop .
I have heard that webengine is not supported in mobiles .
what my application will be : Consider it similar to wikipedia android app . I want the design to be common on all devices .
I am mainly converned about networking part . Which to use webview , webengine or something else .
I am using Qt 5.7.0 linux 64-bit with android
