    I just updated to Qt Creator 4 today. It'll run for about 5 minute then hang or crash for no obvious reason - looking at the git menus, checking the configuration, ...

    Has anyone had any similar problems or could suggest workrounds?

    Best way to find out is to visit the bug tracker and search for QTCREATORBUG.
