Qt Assistant and Qt Creator help problem: can't zoom contents, zooming affects headers only

I experiece strange problem when using Qt Assistant or Qt Creator 3.6.1 help.
Zooming in with mouse wheel or keyboard affects headers only,
everything else remains small. In external browser the html files are displayed correctly.
Changing anything in Options->help doesn't solve this problem.My QT version is 5.6, the binaries are downloaded from the official site. OS is Windows 10 64 bit.
I noticed this problem after reinstalling QT into a new directory, but I'm not sure if there is a connection here.
Later I reinstalled QT once more, including complete registry and settings cleanup,
with same result. Using Google, I've found out that others have also experienced this problem,
but I haven't found any solution. Ideas? -

You're likely hitting QTBUG-52544 which is fixed for 5.6.1
