Retain flickable behaviour inside ScrollView

Hello,
How do I retain the behaviour of Flickable item when it is inside ScrollView? That means i want to have scrollbars alongside ability
to drag around content inside Flickable item but once I have Flickable item inside ScrollView it disables its behaviour. -
