Builded file crashes on startup

I have cretead an executable file on Windows with the help of makefile, everything went good it created the executable file, but when I launch the exe file from MinGw the program just crashes without even starting properly, what can cause this issue?

Do you have all dependencies accessible ? As you would need for a deployment.
