Touch Event on Raspberry Pi 7" Touchscreen Display

I have developed a simple application using sqlite3 and QT Creator. For now, I hope to port to rpi / rpi2 plus a touchscreen.

For now, I have succeeded to install the Raspbian. But the qt part I don't know how to setup and compile.

Which document I need to read ? and which toolchain I will need ?
