qDebug utf-8 issue

Why the code

 qDebug() << "àèìòù";

seems to produce an ASCII output (stange chars). Why?

Which encoding do you use in your terminal?

@jsulm I don't know...how to? I've tried with windows 10 and windows 7....same result.

I tested on Linux.
I don't know how to fix this on Windows.
