Linker Error undefined reference to QMetaType::registerNormalizedType

Hi everyone,
Iam new to Qt 5.5

Iam using ubuntu 14.04 OS.

I get this linker error. It basically says "undefined reference to QMetaType::registerNormalizedType in qMetaType.h file

I have included the Qtcore library in the pro file also still i see this linker error.

can some one help me out please
