Am I interpreting this correctly, that at this moment it is not possible to create browser for WinRT/Windows Phone?

I have one project that requires to open website and detect url changes. This runs just fine with android. Also I am not able to run any of the browser examples on my Windows Phone. Neither the webkit or Webengine, both are throwing error for unknown modules. I tried to move all the WebEngine dll and the corresponding qml folder to my project, but no luck.

I am using community Creator and Windows 8.1. I can run any other example application, for example touchinteraction.
