I had an account at qt-project.org. I couldn't use it to log in yet if I go to that website I am redirected here. Why did we need to create a new account? Can I get it linked with the stats on my old one?

Hi @primem0ver it looks to me that you have your account in use.
The change we did was to retire the qt-project.org infrastructure and start using more modern tools for the services we have. This meant that the accounts had to be migrated.
Your account here has the same posts as you had in qt-project.org and you can use the Qt Account you have to edit the wiki at http://wiki.qt.io There are also ideas for other services you could use with the Qt Account.
