How to use Qt with Windows 10 IoT Core (intel x86)?

Hi,
I started to experiment with windows 10 iot core on the Minnowboard Max. It's working but I want to use Qt to develop my applications. At first, I need only basic functions like file access and serial com.
Windows 10 IoT is based upon WindowsRT and Windows Phone. Qt offers functionality for both, but which one I have to choose? Are there some How-To’s?thx.
