Apparently, socket notifier objects have not been implemented yet on winRT.
Is this planned soon? Or should we start working on a workaround involving not using Qt's messsage pump?

kernel\qeventdispatcher_winrt.cpp:237: void __cdecl QEventDispatcherWinRT::registerSocketNotifier(class QSocketNotifier *): Unimplemented code.
