Importing resource files of an imported project in QT

I have imported Chromium Browser in QT an succeeded to compile / build / run it. However, I didn't succeed to have the .rc files imported in Qt Project even if they exist in the project.

I have tried to add them into chromium_files (which contains all the files of the project) but this didn't make any difference. Being an imported project, I couldn't find any .pro file to add something like: OTHER_FILES += my_file_name.rc

Are there any chances of adding those files to my project ? Or at least creating a .pro file for this project ?If there's any way, could you please write here some basic steps of achieving this ?
