Building issue

I am facing below issue while building my project....

i had installed qt-opensource-windows-x86-mingw482_opengl-5.3.1.exe but not sure it is correct setup.

My code execute well on MAC OS but we are facing following error in Window xp.

Pls suggest with solution ASAP.

The system cannot find the path specified.
