Cloud db for mobile app

I am developing an app for mobile devices and I need to have cloud database connection.

Can someone help me to find a good one?

I have already visited ElephantSQL, Heroku and Google cloud. Are this options good?

How does Qt Cloud works? It runs any relational database?
