i need to know facebook user id, to begin using facebook chat, but almost everyone users don't know there user id's, but they know e-mails or phones. So... Question is: how can i get facebook user id, if i have e-mail or phone number ?

May be you should check Facebook's API's and more specifically OAuth2.0 login. Check this.
