@Nils As a long time participant in few forums I am little perturbed when some contributors mistake a technical knowledge exchange place with church. This in not the place to make sermons or trying to push your social opinions.

When answering a question please:
Read the question carefully. Understand that English isn't everyone's first language so be lenient of bad spelling and grammar. If a question is poorly phrased then either ask for clarification, ignore it, or edit the question and fix the problem. Insults are not welcome. Don't tell someone to read the manual. Chances are they have and don't get it. Provide an answer or move on to the next question.Let's work to help developers, not make them feel stupid.
Majority of contributors are not professional nor even somewhat qualified to "educate" so let's stick with resolving the issues AND at minimum follow the last line of the above .

Here is a "how to " borrowed form another siteThis isn't "another site", this site has a code of conduct, which's been established, reviewed and approved by a number of people and it certainly isn't under debate in this thread. If you have a specific complaint about a specific person/post bring it to the attention of the moderators directly by flagging it/them.
