Freelancer for 2 projects

We are developping 2 projects, but now i need 1 freelancer to finalize.
It's a longterm project,because we'll have to improve it.

Ideal Requirements:
Senior developper in Qt (not beginner)
Strong experience with Qt,QML and Opengl
Experience with STL will be nice.
Skill in linux embedded will be appreciated.
Communication is very important, must be available on Skype.
Written and Spoken English
Must start asap.

Our budget is tight, send me by PM, yours skills and hourly rate.
We'll work by project or by hours.
