Summary
Our client is seeking a project R&D engineer for design and development of medical software and instrumentation. Graphical User Interface software development using Qt 5 is the immediate key responsibility along with test planning test development, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Contribute to a project providing software engineering skills.
Write software in a microprocessor-based embedded environment.
Design and documentation of embedded software for medical products.
Requirements:
Experience in a medical product development environment.
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum 3+ year’s related experience in electronic instrumentation development with particular emphasis on software design.
Software design experience Qt 5 is required.
Software experience with C++ with Visual Studio 2012 is required.
Software design experience with microcontrollers or soft controllers such as PicoBlaze is desired.
Software development experience with CUDA is desired.
Good oral and written communication skills
EDUCATION:
BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
