Hi, I decided to learn Qt but most of articles/tutorials what I found was written for Qt 4.8, may I learn from them or I should find something for Qt 5.2? Are between this 2 versions big differences?

What is available for Qt 4 is mostly valid for Qt 5 or with some minor adaptation, so you can safely learn the ropes with Qt 4 material.
If you are starting now, you should rather go with Qt 5
