The well-known network analysis tool "wireshark":https://www.wireshark.org/ will be switching to Qt (from GTK+).
The "blog post announcing this decision":https://blog.wireshark.org/2013/10/switching-to-qt/ contains a good analysis of the costs and benefits involved in such a huge undertaking.
