Hello,
I want to add docnotes to the QtDoc. So I wanted to know what does "Do not submit content covered by copyright" this exactly mean?How am I supposed to make out it is copyright covered content?
I want to provide docnotes on Ubuntu platform on the QtDoc notes as supported platforms for Application programming.
So is that allowed to be posted as the doc note content on the site or not?

If you write something yourself, you are the copyright holder, you can post it anywhere. The only exception is when you write something when instructed by a company - then the company (your employer) has the copyright.
The quote you provide means just that: you are not allowed to copy notes from somewhere else if you are not the author.
