Well, I received my package today, and I didn't had to pay a thing. :)
Thanks a lot again to Nokia, the Qt devnet, and specially Alexandra for kicking TNT's ass. ;)

We're on it. You would think they know how to ship stuff from A to B since that is their business... grmbl
I continue dealing with customs and people of TNT, now finally my package is "Out for delivery " but, to a wrong direction, someone change the delivery address, but in TNT they don't know anything about it, today I talk with TNT and they will try to stop the shipment to the wrong address. Hope tomorrow they can solve all these problems to finally receive my gift. :(
At least they agreed to not charge you anything... I will check on the shipment again tomorrow and see what the problem is this time.

Charges back again, TNT Argentina is a joke, they don't know nothing about nothing, every day they say me something different, and don't show any willingness to solve problems.
As we say in Argentina, estoy meado por lo perros (I'm urinated by dogs) :(

I've just stumbled on this thread.
I'm having the same issue with spedition. I've sent an email to Alex, but I might have the wrong address so I'm writing here as well.
What was/is the correct way of solving it?

I got your mail and forwarded it to my colleague. She is in touch with tnt and will get back to you as soon as she knows anything. Sorry that I didn't reply yesterday, I was kinda ... distracted?
