Qt Modularazation

I remember Few month back I saw on the web that, Qt is going modular now. Does any one knows when is this going to happen and what all features would be available. At the moment we get hell of the things ike QtWebkit,Qt3Support,QtNetwork,OpenGl,QTScript,phonon,QtNetwork etc not required by application and that comes with the installer and that increase the size.

I haven't seen any newer info about it. It's a big operation so it'll take a while.
