I don't think there is such a thing in existence. You can download the Qt developer days 2012 videos from youtube using a simple video downloader extension for your browser, the dev days videos are available for download here at the Qt project website.
Seeing how you might be from Iran, chances are either your government has banned access to more popular sites, or companies have banned Iran from access to their resources, because somehow anyone willing to provide information and service to your people is some kind of villain. I myself personally never understood why the international community feels it has to punish Iranians for something that is not their fault to begin with.

Thank you for you kind reply.... I know that the politcs manytimes doesnt have logical answer for their behaviours. However we will find our way...
This site nicely categorizes the videos and i would like to have something like that to distribute and gives them to my students. Category, Video and Description are three useful factor which help students for easy educating.

I think it is worth to note that despite the tremendous amount of isolation both from the inside and the outside, Iran is currently the the fastest progressing country in the scientific field, and according to reputable researchers could very well rank 4th in terms of scientific output by 2018.
Quite the contrast with my country - an alleged "democracy", which spends on science about as much as Somalia and is continuously neglecting the educational system to the point of making it a business about certifying those, who pay, while teaching at an abysmal level and even allowing students to progress without covering it, just so it can take their money next year... If you sit down and learn yourself, in 4 months you can assimilate more knowledge than you will get in a university in 4 years, because the situating here is pretty much "those who cannot do - teach"...

Seems pretty much the same as in my country of origin.
