A queued download manager component

• define maximum number of concurrent downloads
• stop single or all downloads
• monitor download progress, transfer rate and errors
• use of all cookies got during the whole component session
• store files in common locations or [common+]custom like "Movies", "Home", "Pictures" etc

choose file naming as:

• (incremental 5 digits).ext
• (session ID number)-(original file name).ext
• original file name
