Constrain Clang-Tidy and Clazy to just one file

When running Clang-Tidy or Clazy even for "current file only", they show the results for many other files, mostly system include files.

Thats a mess to check them all. I'm probably making a simple mistake here. Can someone please help?
I use Windows 10 and Qt6.9.1, which I know is a little outdated. I'm a bit reluctant to update on each minor version, unless really necessary.

clang-tidy שינה ברירת מחדל ומציג אזהרות מכל header - תקן עם HeaderFilterRegex: '' בקובץ .clang-tidy.

clang-tidy changed default and shows warnings from every header - fix with HeaderFilterRegex: '' in .clang-tidy file.
