Hello, I have a Pazzles Invue diecut machine that I use for scrapbooking. Recently the company went out of business and is no longer supporting their software. The servers are now shut down and can no longer communicate with them. With the latest update my machine keeps giving me an error that says to check usb connections. The connections are fine, I've also tried it on my laptop and get the same error. If I use an older version I do not get that error.
When I click on the about tab in the software it gives me this info and says developed by using the QT tool kit.
Where can I get help on here to see if this can be resolved?About Invue software.jpg

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

Sadly I don't think we will be able to help you that much because that software is closed source from the looks of it.
One thing you could look into is the content of the folders where the application is installed to check which librairies are used.

There might be alternative software that you can use.
As a last resort, it might be possible to reverse engineer the protocol to write your own application.

@SGaist Thank you! Sadly I don't know anything about reverse engineering the protocol. I'm just a diecut designer for scrapbooking. I've tried the alternative softwares and they're missing things that I'm used to designing with. This is such a great machine and I didn't want to have to buy a Cricut or Silhouette. I was just hoping to find some sort of patch for this software so that it would stop giving me the check usb connection error code.
        Thank you for your time!!
