very slow git clone speed from qt gerrit

Hi, I'm trying to build tqtc/harmonyos-5.15.16 from source(I've successfully built several times), but I'm stuck at this cloning step. As is shown in the picture, the clone speed is very slow. I guess it's related to some permission issue. The account I'm using is
